Booking & Payments

  • All services must be booked through our online system.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card. Payment is due at the time of booking.

  • For recurring services, payments will be processed automatically before each scheduled cleaning.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows (if we arrive and cannot access the property) will be charged the full service fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction matters. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address the issue at no extra charge.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will always work to make it right.

Safety & Respect

  • For the safety of our staff, we do not handle hazardous materials, pet waste, or extreme hoarding situations.

  • Please secure pets during cleaning to ensure a safe environment for both pets and staff.

  • Our team reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond our scope.

Liability

  • While our cleaners are careful and professional, accidents may happen. Clarity Cleanings USA is insured and will review any claims on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to normal “wear and tear” (e.g., loose shelves, improperly hung frames, or pre-existing issues).

Property Size & Pricing

  • All bookings are priced according to square footage and the selected service package.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the property size, condition, or requested services differ significantly from the booking description.

Privacy

  • We respect your home and your privacy. Our staff is trained to handle all client information and property with discretion and professionalism.
